I always believed that there should be a middle ground for training to offered to students now and then I will be well disciplined by the training provided and the same can be shared with my colleague.

This training isn't "extra.It is essential maritime learning & achievement. It gave more deliberate ways to help students besides feeling pressured to give advice or answers.
